- 30mL Ambra Amaretto
- Half a lemon
- Granulated sugar for dusting the top of glass
- Slice of lemon
- Cherry for garnish
- Place sugar onto a shallow plate. Run a slice of lemon around the rim of an old fashioned glass and dip the rim of the glass into sugar to dust the top of the glass. Fill the glass with ice cubes.
- Squeeze half of a lemon into a cocktail shaker filled with crushed ice and add amaretto – shake well.
- Strain lemon / Ambra Amaretto mixture ove the ice and garnish with a cherry.
